STEM Initiative

The purpose of this organization shall be to facilitate scientific curiosity and to promote educational equality through service and mentorship.

The objectives of this organization are as follows:
Encourage a sense of community between the college and Third Street Alliance.
Provide role models and mentors from a higher education institution.
Strengthening STEM literacy and skillsets by incorporating hands-on experiences with STEM content.
Provide both students and mentors with the inspiration and tools necessary to analyze real world issues, problems, and challenges of our generation. 
Establish and encourage an inclusive scientific community at Third Street by facilitating diverse, mentor-mentee relation.
